Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, there’s nothing more energising than getting out onto the water, tuning into nature and using your Paddle Board as your yoga mat.
SUP Yoga is a great way to try SUP and a dynamic way to practice yoga – no prior yoga or paddle board experience required. Our fully qualified instructors will guide you through the basics of SUP at the start of the lesson, giving you the time you need to gain your balance and feel comfortable on the board.
WHO TEACHES IT?
The class is led by Nicola Todd-Macnaughton. She is a trained Ashtanga yoga teacher who has studied in India and Scotland.
